(imdb)MANIACTS-2001-Junk about a serial killer named Joseph (Jeff Fahey) who's put in a mental hospital. The movie gives a lot of sympathy for him as the place is run by smug cruel doctors and sadistic guards. One African American doctor is sympathetic though. Joseph later meets a psycho woman and they kill everybody. I'm not much for movies giving sympathy to murderers even if it's supposed to be a comedy. Put it in the trash.
