No Soul

ALL SOULS DAY-2005-Two couples wander into a desert town in Mexico and interrupt a human sacrifice thus setting into motion the return of the town’s living dead. David Keith (who once a long time ago made some good movies) is the sheriff who rips a girl’s tongue out and creepy Danny Trejo is the guy who started the whole thing years before by becoming immortal. Jeffery Combs has a small role.

The director Jeremy Kasten is mostly an editor but it seems he has helmed a yet to be released remake of HG Lewis’ THE WIZARD OF GORE! I believe ALL SOUL'S DAYdebuted on The SCI-FI Channel cut.
