It's based on an actual real life unsolved mystery of the ship of the same name that was found abandoned in the sea. The disappearance of it's entire crew has never been explained. It also stars Shirley Grey, Arthur Margretson, Dennis Hoey, Ben Welden, Bruce Gordon and Gibson Gowland (the star of Erich Von Strohiem's GREED).
