Waiting For The UFOs

 (imdb)

UFO: TARGET EARTH-1974-Researcher Alan Grimes (Nick Plakias) hears a weird phone call from the government about UFOs. He decides to investigate. He interviews lots of people about UFOs. A woman who seems to be able to channel UFO energy helps him. Out in a forest, it turns out Alan possess the energy the formless aliens need to leave Earth.

The acting and script are below par. Director/writer Michael DeGaetano later made PROJECT: METALBEAST (1995).

Alien Cover Up

 (imdb)

WAVELENGTH-1983-Iris (Cherie Currie) and musician Bobby (Robert Carradine) hook up at a bar. Iris seems to get a vibe from a secret government lab where some aliens are being held. Dan (Keenan Wynn) shows them a secret entrance. The duo arrive just as an autopsy is being performed on an alien and Iris freaks out. Yes, a secret government installation is housing 4 aliens who were shot down and believed to be dead but they are only in some kind of self-induced hibernation. The scientists all excited when they learn of Iris's connection and begin a battery of tests which culminates in the discovery that the aliens (now down to 3 since one was dissected) carry a deadly disease. "If you could go anywhere in the universe, would you come to this loony bin to set up a plantation?", someone asks. The inept jerks plan to bury the aliens alive (along with Iris & Bobby) but Bobby frees them from their cryogenic tanks. They highball it out to the desert with help from Dan and two native American friends. The Navy and The Marines plan on destroying them but the aliens (little bald guys played by kids) get help from their home world.

This is a modestly made but entertaining little Sci-Fi film from New World Pictures. Director/writer Mike Gray had previously written THE CHINA SYNDROME (1979).

Caroline Munro

 (imdb)

STARCRASH-1978-Space thief Stella Star (Caroline Munro) and her smug companion Acton (Marjoe Gortner) are arrested and sentenced to hard labor by a gold disembodied head (reminiscent of the alien in INVADERS FROM MARS). They escape and are picked up by a space cop (green skinned Robert Tessier) and Robot Ellie (Judd Hamilton with Hamilton Camp doing his voice) with a southern accent. The Emperor of the First Circle of the Universe (Christopher Plummer) wants the duo and Ellie to save everything from Count Daka (Joe Spinnell with dubbed voice). Later, on a planet of cavemen, the trio meet Prince Simon (David Hasselhoff).

With some bad stop motion animation and bad acting, this was directed by Luigi Cozzi a year after his infamous “version” of GODZILLA and before he got into the horror genre. Munro and Hamilton were married at the time. In an interview Christopher Plummer said the only reason he made it was to get a free trip to Italy!

Tabloid

TABLOID!-1985-During an aerobics class (very popular in the '80's) 2 aliens kidnap the instructor. At a sleazy tabloid newspaper run by a crabby old bitch, a new writer works hard creating new stories for the paper.

In the first story, 3 rednecks try to take revenge on a hick who sold them some bad weed. The hick, his pregnant wife and her mother kill all three rednecks and at the end the wife gives birth to a baby with a beard. This one seemed very influenced by John Waters. In the second three recently dead people come back to life and have a BBQ while having a kind of philosophical discussion about life and death. This whole story is filmed too darkly. The third involves a guy who can predict tornadoes with help from his daughter, a vacuum and a small town TV station. Parts are funny but this one goes on too long. There were three directors, one for low budget loony segment.

Laserblast

 (wkipedia)

LASERBLAST-1978-Two lizard like (Dave Allen animated) aliens chase a green faced guy in the California desert. He has some kind of ray gun device on his arm that they want. After the credits, Billy (Kim Milford) is harassed by some hick pot smoking cops. Then he tries to visit his girlfriend Kathy (Cheryl Smith) but has an argument with her senile shell shocked grandpa The Colonel (Keenan Wynn). Worse of all, he's insulted by Eddie Deezen! Riding in the desert he finds the ray gun the aliens were after. A guy named Craig (Gianni Rossi) snoops around. A doctor (Roddy McDowall) examines Billy and is later killed. The lizard aliens get reprimanded by their boss. There's a dumb sheriff (Ron Masak) too. Billy turns into a green faced maniac and destroys a plane, a car, a hippie and some buildings. Before he can really do any destruction the aliens kill him and take the weapon leaving Kathy to mourn his passing.

This low budget Charles Band Sci-Fi romp was directed by Michael Rae who did various work on other movies and may have directed one other movie (2005's ALIENS GONE WILD).

LASERBLAST has become somewhat of a cult film, known for one scene where Billy blasts a STAR WARS billboard. Star Kim Milford was “Rocky” in the original stage production of THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW. He made other stage and film appearances but tragically died at age 37 after heart surgery in 1988. Lead actress Cheryl Smith, who died in 2007 at the age of 47 also appear in Cheech & Chong's UP IN SMOKE the same year.

Happy Halloween!

 (amazon.com)

PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE-1959-When I first saw Plan 9 in 1976 at The NYC Comic-Con I agreed it was probably one of the worst movies ever made. But if that was true why is it that after it ended I couldn't wait to see it again? (It was about four or five years later. In between I bought the "soundtrack" album which was simply the whole audio portion of the film transferred to a record. It also sported liner notes purportedly penned by Ed Wood Jr. himself shortly before his death in 1978).

 (medium.com)

Not the worst movie ever made (Hollywood has churned out far more crap on 100 times the budget), it is one of of the best bad movies ever made that you'll enjoy watching over and over! Bela Lugosi's scenes had been filmed a few years before and sat on a shelf until Wood devised Plan 9 with the help of big Tor Johnson, a retired pro wrestler in his second of three Ed Wood outings, who spouts more dialogue in this than in all his other movie appearances combined, Vampira, a trend setting TV horror hostess, Criswell, an outrageous pseudo-psychic who among other things predicted the world would end in 1990 and a drag actor named John "Bunny" Breckenridge who makes no bones that he's reading his lines from papers on his desk! There are some "legit" actors in it too. Lyle Talbott, Tom Keene, Gregory Walcott and Joanna Lee (who later became a successful TV writer and producer). Not to forget Dudley Manlove who played Eros the alien, a guy who was mostly an announcer but also appeared in another low budget wonder "The Creation of The Humanoids"! I've also seen him on two episodes of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents". Rounding out the cast are Duke Moore (who's entire film credits are roles in Ed Wood's movies), Conrad Brooks (who appeared in other low budget productions and many years later made his own "movies"), Paul Marco (who played the dumb cop named Kelton in three Wood movies) and rotund Ben Frommer, who became a TV character actor.

 (wikipedia)

And of course, chiropractor Dr. Tom Mason the "fake Shemp" who stood in for the late Lugosi but looked nothing like him! Much of what's said about the goofs in certain scenes is exaggerated and the scene of Tor rising from the grave is well done. Ok so the tombstone falling over is pretty cheesy....

36 Years Later...

MARK OF THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES-2004-Reptillian like aliens come to Earth and release astro-zombies on the unsuspecting populace. In the opening bloody attack they use machetes to kill. Reporter Cindy Natale (Brink Stevens) investigates a second attack. She interviews some people running from the slaughter (they are very funny). After the president (Gene Paul Jones) has a meeting with his staff in a little conference room (the oval office was unavailable…??), Cindy meets her FBI boyfriend Jeff (Sean Morelli) and we meet mad scientist Dr. Mikacevich (director Ted V. Mikels himself) who has preserved the head of Dr. DeMarco (John Carradine's character in the first movie) and talks to it. It also talks. He wants the secret of the astro-zombies. He's barely introduced when Malvira, the sister of Santana (also from the first movie here played by the same actress, the one and only Tura Santana) bursts in with her dimwit henchman and shoots him. Then she stomps him with her high heel. The same thing happened to Mikels' character in 10 VIOLENT WOMAN!

The president and his staff try to formulate a plan with 3 weird looking doctors but the aliens can hear all their communications.  A woman painter (Liz Renay) who claims to have been abducted by aliens doesn't seem to have anything to do with the main story. The zombies attack periodically with machetes through heads and necks and a motorcyclist is decapitated. They also kidnap some doctors and scientists.  Meanwhile Cindy tries to sell a phony astro-zombie to some foreign powers. Eventually some good aliens arrive and destroy the bad aliens and the zombies.

This shot on video low budget craziness is very talky in spots but the bloody attacks by the astros is pretty funny! There's a lot of talk, bad acting and bad SFX leading up the the promise of a part 3. This is director/writer Mikels' first sequel (yes, he made 2 more!) to his notorious ASTRO ZOMBIES released in 1968! It features some gory deaths but when the zombies aren't around it drags.

Big Debut!

 (wikipedia)

INVASION OF THE NEPTUNE MEN-1961-Invaders from space attack Earth. While scientists investigate, a group of little boys are saved from the pointy headed metal invaders by the superhero Iron Sharp (Shin'ichi “Sonny” Chiba in his film debut) who is also the friend of one of the scientists.

It's very dumb and kiddie oriented.

When the aliens attack there's a quick shot of Hitler on billboard being destroyed. This led to rumors that actually footage from WW 2 was used but all the destruction footage is taken from a movie called "WW 2 Breaks Out". This Toei production was directed by Koji Ota.

The End

 (rotten tomatoes)

END OF THE WORLD-1977-A priest (Christopher Lee; in AIRPORT 77 the same year) enters a roadside cafe and asks to use the phone but it explodes and the owner is electrocuted. The priest then goes to church where he's greeted by... himself. After the credits Prof. Andrew Boran (Kirk Scott) picks up some strange signals from outer space. He's so famous there's a banquet in his honor but he's more interested in the signals. His boss (Dean Jagger)) sends him on a lecture tour but before his next lecture he and his wife Sylvia (Sue Lyon; LOLITA) decide to try and track the signals because they seem to be coming from Earth. They visit a nunnery then wander around in the dark.

They stumble into the underground radio lab of Beckerman (Lew Ayres) who's listening to Russian space talk. Their investigation leads them to St. Catherine's, a church overseen by Father Pergado (Lee). He lets them check around but they don't find anything. Later they return to the place and are captured by Pergado and his nun horde. It turns out they are really aliens who killed Pergado and his nuns and assumed their form. They are stuck on Earth and want to go home. They force Boran to steal a device that will enable them to leave. He gets them the device but they left out one small detail: they are also going to destroy the Earth. Alien Pergado and his phony nuns escape through some kind of transporter. Boran and Sylvia follow. The Earth explodes. The future Sir Chris must have had a free weekend when he agreed to star in this sci-fi bore-fest with a lot of too dark night scenes. Macdonald Carey is the head of security in two quick scenes.

Director John Hayes had been kicking around low budget cinema for quite awhile when he made END OF THE WORLD. Earlier he made GRAVE OF THE VAMPIRE and GARDEN OF EVIL (both 1972). Screenwriter Frank Ray Perilli wrote the soft core takeoff CINDERELLA (with Cheryl Smith in the title role) the same year, which Kirk Scott co-starred in. He also penned LITTLE CIGARS, DRACULA'S DOG and LASTERBLAST.

Creeps

NIGHT OF THE CREEPS-1986-In 1959 some aliens lose a parasite like monster that jumps into the mouth of a college kid as his girlfriend is killed by an ax toting escaped lunatic. In 1986 two dweebs looking for a corpse to fulfill a pledge accidentally release the kid from a cryogenics lab. The parasite jumps into a lab technician and starts to multiple and spread. An asshole police captain Cameron (Tom Atkins), haunted by the ax murder, tries to solve the murders. The creatures reanimate corpses including the ax loony. Dick Miller has one scene as Walter, a cop in charge of weapons. Dead prom guys terrorize their dates. After his friend JC (Steve Marshall) is killed, dweeb Chris (Jason Lively) convinces his prom date Cynthia (Jean Whitlow) and Cameron to destroy the zombies with fire.

Most of the lead characters have last names of famous horror directors(Romero,Cronenberg,Landis, etc). There's an alternate ending that was used in the theatrical release and sometimes showed up on TV. Fred Dekker directed this gory but fairly entertaining horror movie. He later made MONSTER SQUAD and ROBO-COP 3.

Another from 1953 and Based On a Bradbury Story!

IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE-1953-In Arizona, writer Johnny Putnam (Richard Carlson) and his girlfriend Ellen (Barbara Rush) think they see a meteor crash but it's not a meteor, it's an alien spaceship. Helicopter pilot Pete (Dave Willock) takes them to the crash site the next day. Johnny discovers the ship and is almost killed by an avalanche. No one believes him how-ever. He and Ellen have a brief encounter with a one eyed creature. Two telephone line workers Frank (Joe Sawyer) & George (Russell Johnson) get a weird noise on the wires and later encounter the creature. When they next meet Frank he seems hypnotized but it's actually an alien impersonating him.

Later John catches alien clones of Frank and George stealing. After Ellen is kidnapped, Frank and the skeptical sheriff (Charles Drake) go to the desert where Frank meets an alluring alien version of his girl. Then he encounters an alien who tells him they are only repairing their ship and everyone will be ok if the humans don't interfere. The stupid sheriff who's sweet on Ellen wants to fight them. When he decides to attack. John goes to the mine to warn them. He's attacked by the Ellen clone. Snooping around he finds the alien base and meets a clone of himself. He convinces the aliens to let their captives go and they return to space.

This eerie Sci-Fi classic (orig-inally shown in 3-D) was only the second full length feature directed by Jack Arnold and was adapted from a Ray Bradbury story by Harry Essex who in 1954 would team up again with Arnold to make THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON!

Johnny Sokko!

VOYAGE INTO SPACE-1970-Alien monster Lord Guillotine leads an invading force from the planet Gargoyle. On the high sea Johnny Sokko (Mitsunobu Kaneko) meets U3 (Akio Ito) an agent of Unicorn pretending to be writer Johnny Mano. Their ship is attacked by a giant sea monster. They make it to an island, totally dry, and pursued by members of The Gargoyle gang. The duo meet Dr. Guardian who is being forced to create a giant robot. He's killed helping the two escape. A bomb he planted blows up the evil headquarters but the giant robot survives and only obeys Johnny. Lord Guillotine sends the Dragulon (the underwater monster) to destroy Tokyo. Giant Robo (Toshiyuki Tsuchiyama) is victorious and Johnny joins Unicorn. Lord Guillotine has two weird henchmen, the silver skinned Dr. Botanus and the pegged legged Executioner.

There's lots of crazy monsters and battles and funny dialogue but in the end the giant metallic hero sacrifices himself to save the Earth in a sad finale.

This Japanese production was actually a TV show edited from First episode, 2 middle episodes and the last episode. Director Minoru Yamada went on to the “Kamen Rider” series and many other similar live action TV series.

You are not dying. I am dying...

NOT OF THIS EARTH-1988-This is remake of Roger Corman's classic 1957 Sci Fi story was supposedly redone on a bet between Corman and director Jim Wynorski. It follows the original story fairly closely and even uses much of the dialogue.

Mr. Johnson (Arthur Roberts), an alien from the war torn far off planet Devanna comes to Earth seeking blood. With mind control he forces Dr. Rochelle (Ace Mask) to set him up with daily transfusions of blood for this is what the inhabitants of his home world need most. He engages the doctor's nurse Nadine (Tracy Lords) to assist in the procedure and she  goes to live in his house with him and his chauffeur Jeremy (Lenny Juliano). Of course there are a few things that are different. Most notably that original star Beverly Garland didn't do her snooping around in a bikini or have a topless sex scene with her policeman/boyfriend Harry (Roger Lodge). And instead of inviting 3 male bums back to become victims Johnson hires 3 cartoonish  hookers. Also a topless "stripper o gram" dancer. It features a chase scene from another Corman production. Ok fun as remakes go.

Perry Rhodan

MISSION STARDUST-1967-Major Perry Rhodan (Lang Jeffries) and his crew are all part of the super secret Stardust Project which is headed to the moon to mine a new type of precious metal. Along with him are Capt. Bull (Luis Davila), Capt. Flipper (Daniel Martin) and Dr. Monoli (Joachim Hansen). A guy named Arkin (Pinkus Braun) wants the metal too. When they land a strange interference knocks out communication with Earth. Then their land Rover is destroyed. A weird robot with teeth and eyes takes them to meet Crest (John Karlsen), an old guy with a lisp and Thora (Essy Persson), the arrogant commander from the planet Arkon.

While Perry tries to melt the ice princess, Manoli discovers that Crest has leukemia and wants to take him to an Earth doctor for treatment. They travel secretly to Mombasa but run into trouble with the army. The silly aliens think Mercury is a precious metal while diamonds are used like nails. After the army fails to capture the ship, Rhodan and Faber go looking for Dr. Haggard (Stefano Sibaldi) who they find after beating up some thugs. They take Hagar and his two assis-tants to help Crest. Meanwhile Arkin's gang infiltrates an army sector and captures Rhodan. It turns out Flipper is actually working for Arkin and Hagar and his nurses are imposers. The robots vaporize most of the bad guys except Arkin who sneaks on to the alien ship and is later set adrift in space.

This Italian-West German co-production by director Primo Zeglio is more like espionage than space opera but also influenced by TV's Star Trek although the Perry Rhodan series of books (around 126 at this writing) started in 1961.

Terrible sfx. Star Jeffries was born in Canada and in the early '60's was married to Rhoda Fleming. Essy Persson had been in the sexploitation blockbuster I, A WOMAN in 1965 and was later in CRY OF THE BANSHEE (1970) with Vincent Price.

Robot War! What Is It Good For?

WAR OF THE ROBOTS-1978-Robots with Dutch boy haircuts kidnap a scientist and his assistant. Captain Boyd (Antonio Sabato) leads a rescue team. Roger (Giacomo Rossi Stuart), Julie (Yanti Somer), Paul (Venantino Venantini) and Sonia (Ines Pelligrini) accompany him to the home planet and encounter weird pale aliens lead by a Kuba (Aldo Caldi), a bald guy. They are actually the inhabitants of the planet subjugated by the Dutch boy robots.

This Italian Sci-Fi space story is boring and badly made by director Alfonso Brescia (screenwriter of WAR OF THE PLANETS (also with Yanti Somer) and sometimes credited as Al Bradley).

Outer Space TV

COSMIC PRINCESS-1982-Two episodes of the syndicated science fiction series SPACE:1999 edited in one full length movie. The series followed the inhabitants of an Earth space station on the moon and the adventures they have after the planet breaks away from its orbit hurling it into space. At the time it premiered on US TV it was a big deal but the sfx were terrible and it could be very boring. Martin Landau started as Commander John Koenig and his the real life wife Barbara Bain was the chief doctor, Helena Russell. Both had come to fame on the TV spy series MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE. Barry Morse (from THE FUGITIVE TV show) was in the first season but seemed to mysteriously disappear by the show's final episodes. They brought in a new character who's introduced here. It was the last project by Gary and Sylvia Anderson, creators of UFO and all the super marination stuff.

While searching for titanium the crew comes in contact with a nut named Mentor (Brian Blessed) who makes mindless slaves out of various aliens to fuel a machine that will restore his planet.

His daughter Maya (Catherine Schell) can change into any animal. She first appears as a lion and thinks daddy is swell because she doesn't know about his evil scheme to enslave the crew. When she finds out she frees Koenig and his group and they destroy his plans and him. Maya is taken back to the ship to become a regular. In the second half Koenig and another guy are separate from the base when it goes through a space warp. Maya goes crazy and turns into a weird alien and menaces the base. Despite being the most expensive series produced by The Andersons this show is very bad on all counts. Charles Critchton and Peter Medak are the credited directors.

Infra-Man!

THE SUPER INFRA-MAN-1975-In the future, a demonic princess Elzebub returns to wreak havoc on the Earth (particularly China; this is after all a Shaw Brothers production). After burning a few cities, she summons up some crazy monsters to do her bidding. She’s also assisted by some scantily clad cuties who have long fingers and eyeballs on their palms! Meanwhile a professor and his team find out about the invasion. The evil princess sends two strutting laughing monsters to capture one of the professor's men. The professor turns one of his guys into “Infra-Man” (Danny Lee), an “Ultra-Man” like superhero who arrives just in time to defeat a tentacled monster attacking the lab. The captured team member is turned into a green eyed human zombie who steals the Infra-Man plans. He has a fight with Bruce Le and then battle some monsters single-handedly. A crazy orange monster shoots cocoons. When it grows gigantic so does Infra Man!

This is one crazy enjoyable live action superhero vs. monsters movie (whether you see it dubbed, sub-titled or even un-dubbed without subtitles, as I saw it recently) that delivers with cheesy anything goes effects. I wish they were still making movies like this. And why didn't The Shaw Bros. make a sequel?

Corman, Cabot, Devon and Miller

WAR OF THE SATELLITES-1958- After 10 failed manned missions to the Sigma Barrier, Dr. Pol Van Ponder (Richard Devon) decides to take number 11 up himself. His assistants Dave Boyer (Dick Miller) and Sybil Carrington (Susan Cabot) plan to go with him. His scientist friend Hotch (Robert Shayne) supports him but Jason ibn Akad (Michael Fox), LeMoine (Bruno VeSota) and others don't. Just when it looks like the project will be shut down, it's announced Van Ponder is killed in a car accident. No sooner is this declared and the doctor shows up! However it's no miracle. He’s been taken over by an alien being (who caused the crash). Now he can split into two people and  repair his hand after it’s charred by a blow torch. He also can’t deter the efforts to send more rockets into space so the aliens make their presence known and create natural disasters around the world (stock footage). The alien as doctor declares an end to the project but when he sends Boyer to deliver the news, Boyer instead convinces the UN reps that Earth should fight the aliens. This makes the possessed doctor not happy. Boyer becomes suspicious when he notices some bruises on Devon arms. They all go into space and Boyer tries to convince the crew of the truth while Van Ponder acts weird and kills. It's said this sci-fi space film (perhaps director Roger Corman’s weakest '50's effort) was rushed into production after the 1957 Sputnik launch. There's not much action but it's nice to see usual supporting actors Miller & Devon in the lead roles. And I love those reclining space.chairs!

With the death of Miller in late 2018 I believe the last living cast member of WOTS is Corman who has a small role as a rocket operator. Strangely this was the only movie Miller made in 1958! He starred in A BUCKET OF BLOOD the next year. Cabot starred in THE WASP WOMAN the next year. They had both been in CARNIVAL ROCK for Corman in 1957. She and Richard Devon were in Corman's MACHINE GUN KELLY the same year as WOTS.

Japan Science Fiction (in Color!)

WARNING FROM SPACE-1956- Aliens shaped like stars seek Dr. Kamura (Bontaro Miake) because Earth has made too many mistakes. While Dr. Matsuda (Isao Yamagata) and his young assistant Toro (Keizo Kawasaki) discuss what to do when a flying saucer crashes into Tokyo bay. Matsuda and Toru’s father Dr. Itsobe (Shozo Nanbu) work with other scientists on sending a rocket into space to investigate but some of the star creatures rise from the water and terrorize folks. Later on the star creatures transform a star female into an earthling who looks like a famous night club singer and the scientists in Japan believe the alien threat is over. However while canoeing Toru finds the transformed star lady floating in a lake claiming amnesia. Dr. M's wife convinces him to take the woman in and she exhibits some out of this world jumping skills while playing tennis. After she's mobbed by some school girls who think she's the famous performer, she visits Dr. I and destroys a formula he's working on. Later she explains that she is from a hidden planet and they want to stop the scientists from harnessing a new kind of energy. The story takes a different turn when it's discovered that a giant asteroid is going to collide with Earth and Matsuda is kidnapped by a gangster named Sato who wants his energy formula. The population panics. When it seems all hope is lost the aliens reappear and rescue Matsuda who gives them his formula. They make a nuclear rocket that destroys the threat. Children are reunited with their parents! The final scene has the female turning back into a star creature.

Koji Shima directed this weird early Japanese science fiction film (the first in color) with the cushion like star creatures created by Taro Okamoto, a famous abstract painter. The movie didn't fare well on it's initial release but influenced many Japanese Sci-Fi films to come. Some say it even influenced Kubrick on 2001!

Mexico Monsters

SHIP OF MONSTERS-1960-This lunatic Mexican sci-fi musical comedy features Gamma (Ana Bertha Lepe) & Beta (Lorena Velazquez), 2 alien women from Venus who comb the solar system in search of males to breed with after a war has destroyed their male population. A clunky blinking robot Torr assists them.  Before coming to Earth they pick up some doozies! There's the short big head Tawal, Prince of Mars, who's brain seems to be on the outside of his head. Demonic Ogre Muppet like Uk, king of the fire planet. Giant Crassus of the red planet (isn't that Mars?). Plus a marionette like bag of bones whose name and planet are not mentioned.

The girls freeze them and hide them in a cave when their spaceship has trouble and they are forced to land on Earth. They meet the loud smiling Lauriano (Eulalio Gonzalez) and his much younger brother. Almost immediately he and Gamma fall in love and he sings a couple of songs! Later Beta is jealous and reveals that she is a vampire from the vampire planet Uranus and plans to drain Earth of its blood. She turns into a bat and kills a farmer. Gamma rats her out to their boss and Beta is condemned to be disintegrated. Beta double crosses Gamma, locks her up, makes Torr her slave and convinces the captured male prisoners help to her terrify and conquer Earth. She and Tawal seem to have a thing for each other! Lauriano encounters all 4 of them in the forest. Since he’s a big mouth braggart no one believes him. He manages to get to the spaceship but Beta catches him and makes him sing her a love song. While they are kissing Lauriano steals the control box Bets uses and frees Gamma (and his little brother) but sends the rocket into space. With the help of the robot the aliens are destroyed and Beta is impaled. Gamma stays on Earth.

This is so nutty and dumb it's very entertaining! Vampire alien Lorena Velaquez was later in some Wrestling Women movies. Director Rogelio A. Gonzalez made many more movies in Mexico but unfortunately was killed in a car accident in 1984.
